Introduction At DWYL, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns 1.1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 1.2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. 1.3. Certain items, such as intimate apparel, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process 2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@dwyl.in or call us at 97819-77111. 2.2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 2.3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Refunds 3.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period. 3.3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges 4.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 4.2. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@dwyl.in or call us at 97819-77111.

5. Return Shipping 5.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). 5.2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
