1. Eligibility for Returns 1.1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 1.2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. 1.3. Certain items, such as intimate apparel, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 2.3. 3. Refunds 3.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period. 3.3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
